Our Care

At our care home, we are dedicated to fostering a vital, joyful, and purposeful life for our residents. Our goal is to create a strong sense of belonging and enrich daily living experiences.

Activity Schedule:

  • 9:00-9:30 AM: Engage in aerobic exercises, explore our garden tours, or create beautiful flower bouquets.

  • 1:00-1:30 PM: Enjoy indoor games and playful ball-throwing activities.

  • 3:30-4:30 PM: Join in music time with sing-alongs and dancing.

  • 7:00-9:00 PM: Relax and unwind with movie time.

Our comprehensive social and activity calendar is designed to offer a wide spectrum of daily activities, ensuring that each resident's plans, interests, and goals are prioritized. We are committed to doing everything we can to help our residents live life to the fullest and experience daily joy and fulfillment.

Our seniors, who are away from their loved ones, rely on us to provide not just their daily needs but also essential emotional support. We understand that hugs, comforting, and holding hands are crucial for fostering a sense of security and connection.

In our care home, we focus on activities that stimulate the release of happy hormones—Endorphins, Serotonin, Dopamine, and Oxytocin—to enhance well-being and joy. These activities include:

  • Aerobic exercises: Energizing workouts that boost mood and physical health.

  • Rose garden tours: Peaceful walks through our blooming gardens that promote relaxation and happiness.

  • Sun exposure: Enjoying the outdoors for a natural source of Vitamin D and improved mood.

  • Nature walks: Gentle strolls that connect residents with the calming effects of nature.

By integrating these activities into our daily routines, we ensure that our residents not only receive exceptional care but also experience emotional and physical enrichment.

Geriatric aerobics is highly recommended by neurologists for seniors due to its numerous benefits. This exercise routine strengthens muscles, improves cardiovascular and lung function, and significantly enhances mood. More than just physical exercise, it creates a fun and loving environment for all our residents.

We prioritize self-care activities, offer delicious and healthy food, and frequently engage in celebrations to enhance pleasure and overall well-being.

Our approach to senior care is interactive and personalized. Residents exercise with us, dance, and enjoy activities together, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter that helps reduce pain and stress. Recognizing that each resident has unique preferences, we tailor activities based on their individual likes and collaborate with them to develop these activities alongside our staff. Additionally, residents have the opportunity to choose their favorite songs to sing, further enhancing their engagement and joy.
